He has held various positions, including CEO, COO, Vice President of Risks, Director of Operational Safety and Quality. Aeronautical Engineer, graduated from the National Polytechnic Institute (IPN), with a career spanning more than 32 years of experience in the aeronautical field. He has served in the public sector at the former Directorate General of Civil Aeronautics, now AFAC, holding various positions ranging from Inspector, Department Head, Deputy Director of Air Safety, Director of Airports, Deputy General Director of Air Safety, and, most recently, as Aeronautical Advisor in the SICT Office. His work has covered various aspects of operational safety in airworthiness, air operations, airport infrastructure issues, master development programs, approval of executive projects, and airport certification, in accordance with national and international regulations, including the implementation of surveillance processes and operational safety management systems.
